NextGen Healthcare is a leading provider of EHR, financial, and HIE solutions for hospitals, health systems, physician practices, and other healthcare organizations. NextGen turned to Spear to develop a campaign that would not only drive engagement from potential customers, but also create content that the company could leverage for social media, PR and digital marketing. Spear developed a multi-page, online survey, built and hosted in Marketo, that was then promoted to the client’s database. The survey garnered a 2 percent response rate, and we then used the data collected to design and produce a survey report (ebook) and companion infographic to promote the findings, drive additional leads, and build on the client’s reputation as thought leader in their category.
