The site and the organization behind it is the brainchild of sales consultant and demand gen veteran James Obermayer, and features a myriad of articles, reports, and general information about how to manage sales inquiries more effectively.
With lead nurturing and lead management both hot topics in marketing circles, the launch of the organization is timely. Membership/registration is free (for now, anyway), and includes subscription to an e-mail newsletter about issues and best practices relating to lead management, including the use of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Definitely worth a visit.
